What does Hebrews 6:4 mean exactly. For it is impossible to restore again to repentance those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit, and have tasted the goodness the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the age to come, if they then commit apostasy, since they cricify the Son of God on their own account and hold him up to contempt.
Also, not all who say Lord, Lord will not enter the kingdom of heaven. I did fall away and committed sins, is this talking about me? I have since asked the Lord to forgive me and take me back. Feeling insecure. Have heard several sermons on internet/Youtube knocking altar calls and praying Jesus into your heart.

There are two interpretations of this verse Heart. The first interpretation presents unbelievers rejecting Christ and thereby losing their chance of salvation. They had a knowledge of Christ but had never received Him... The second interpretation presents the very idea of believers losing salvation as being impossible. It would be like crucifying Him over and over each time we sinned and were then 're-saved'. Keep in mind there are many scriptures which make it abundantly clear that salvation is eternal (John 10:27-29; Romans 8:35, 38-39; Philippians 1:6; 1 Peter 1:4-5), and Hebrews 6:4-6 confirms that doctrine. Also, not all who say Lord, Lord will not enter the kingdom of heaven. I did fall away and committed sins, is this talking about me? I have since asked the Lord to forgive me and take me back. No, this isn't speaking of you, this is speaking of those who are depending on their 'good works' to save them, hence the works they're pointing out "...have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?" (Matthew 7:22)Salvation is ONLY by the grace of God through our faith in Jesus, not of works (Ephesians 2:8-9).

You're very welcome sister. I pray this information has made you feel better. Enjoy your salvation! Savour it! Relish it! But especially, thank the Lord for it! It's not based on anything we can do, or not do, but what He's already done. It's a gift which once you receive, He won't take back...
"By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all." (Hebrews 10:10)
