Hey, Keith, one and all. Sorry for not letting you know, but my devout thanks for your concern. I have been a bit down on the healthy approach to breathing for the past week, or so. I couldn't stop writing, but, by the time I had said what I needed to say, I couldn't even stand up, hardly. Let's just say, should any of you want to graduate with me, Jesus needs hurry up, for a full-load Rapture. I am probably wrong, but that is OK, another 30 to 45 days, and I'll weigh less than 200, at the rate I've been losing the pounds, since food has taken a sweep toward the yucky taste, and my request that Jesus help me to lose weight. So far, I have left behind 72#, with 61# more to go, to be less than 200 (I haven't been that light since the fifth grade. I'm starting to look like a Charpe since skin shrinks faster that what made it stretch. I composed this poem, this morning, included here, and will try to send those still waiting, tomorrow, or the next day. Thanks again, for your concern, Keith. Race DONE We WONBy Arley Steinhour 070714 There once was a time, not long ago, Quake of 'Seven point one,' meant a 'Death blow,' Today, with buildings that can stand the test, Reduces fatalities, so most can now rest. Now, when struck, and family up-rooted, It's taken in stride, like Computer re-booted, We still may 'lose files,' in reboot, upload, Once tagged as 'Tragedy,' now, 'Bump in the Road.' No matter the warning, God gives to man, Few, if any recognize, what 'hit the Fan,' Soon, it may be 'Eight,' or 'Nine,' gets attention, Or a 'Ten,' from which gets noted dimension. Volcano's galore, rumble and spout, More and more, people they rout, Lives saved by technology, and a 'Head-start,' Delays Man's acceptance, of 'How Great Thou-Art. Stones, from the sky, no longer 'fly-by,' But, crash, and destroy, that many will cry, Those rejecting God, will 'Curse Him, by now, Without recognizing that they 'Pull that plow.' 'Time of the Gentile,' soon, comes to an end, Today, or tomorrow, or just around the 'bend,' We know Era's ending, of 'Salvation by Grace,' By 'Faith and Works,' can one, again, 'Win the Race.' Our Choice. AMEN The sign of Satan's call to War, Six, Six, Six, same as Allah's Bar, Don't take the mark, you can't win, All you think, say, or do, be Unpardonable Sin. Posted a couple of days ago by his son on Arley's Facebook page: "My dad has been incarcerated in the hospital, being treated for a non life threatening issue that due to HEPA regulations I cannot discuss here. I bought him a new laptop and as soon as he gets internet access I am sure he will be sending his thanks for your well wishes. In the mean time, let me take this opportunity to express my siblings and I's gratitude for all your well wishes. Hopefully he will be out soon and back to his usual poetry and praise. Thanks again for being dad's friend." Bill Steinhour

Ahoy, from this lost Sailor, Far out to Sea, I'm starting to find stuff, my memory lost, Swift, With my heart and such, trying to kill me, Plus, a PC that lost mind, I was then set adrift. I lost hundreds of Friend names, and Forums, By the time it and I recovered, much was lost, Except for my calling to write my Praise Poems, I was confined to Facebook, as if all else 'sloshed.' Thank you, Duck, for opening memory door, I hope to be productive, once again, Until health again, throws me to the floor, Or, Jesus calls my Name, and I fly home to WIN. AMEN I have been maintaining a slower production of Praise Poetry, and if anyone wishes to go to my Archive site, there is plenty of reading, since I started that site, in 2010 (somewhere near 2,000 offerings), at: www.mccookgazette.com/blogs/1580/ I will try to paste each new offering, here, from now on, but, I do offer some with a political viewpoint (Conservative, I believe), so the choice is yours, 'To Read, or Not to Read, That is the Question.' Is it better to Ponder, Pray, and Adjust, or to Rant, Rave, and Accost?? (Hmm, I like that one).
