California radio station changes format from Christian music, sermons to sex

KINGSBURG, Calif. (AP) - KFYE-FM hasn't budged from the Fresno-area dial, but it's about as far as you can get from the Christian music, sermons and Bible stories it was broadcasting until about a week ago.

Now it calls itself Porn Radio - "all sex radio, all the time," with a suggestion that people under 21 not listen.

One more victory for satan. If you have a Christian radio station in your area you need to support it. There is so much trash out there and almost no where to find clean broadcasts anymore. I listen to and support Joy 95, it's a great local station also available on the web. I keep it on at work, you'd be surprised at the number of people who will come in and start to listen and say that's a good song who sings it. They are almost always shocked when I tell them it's a Christian station. Still, I've noticed a few who now listen and who knows it could be one of the tools God uses to touch thier heats.

I'm thinking the new owners of the station above may be broadcasting on satellite radio. The kind of language they're using makes me wonder. The FCC doesn't allow such language on AM or FM...yet.

Yep, I listen to a little radio, watch a little tv....just glad they both have dials to change stations!! The really sad part is that some "christian" programs aren't all that christian, just self promotin money hunters.
