oMAHA Metro Prayer for February 5, 2009
New Hope Life Centers were created to see individuals receive healing from past pain and failure and to provide transitional living and support.
This is accomplished through knowledge, application and experience with the love of God through Jesus Christ, as personalized by His Spirit.
The first center is located on 35th and Harney in Omaha.
They would appreciate prayer for additional mature followers of Christ looking to serve God through high impact volunteer ministry. Also pray that the Lord would provide financially to manage and grow the ministry.
Eph. 2:19 “Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and aliens, but fellow citizens with God's people and members of God's household…”
Recent news of a huge marijuana bust has revealed that the I-80 corridor is still being used to transport drugs through our city and state.
Please ask the Lord to continue to reveal that which is hidden and to prevent I-80 from being used for illegal purposes.
pray that I-80 would become a highway of blessing to the region and the rest of the nation
PR 11:5 “The righteousness of the blameless makes a straight way for them, but the wicked are brought down by their own wickedness.”
Intercede on behalf of the Christian radio stations here in the Metro area.
They are a significant source of encouragement to believers, particularly to shut-ins, and a source of light to unbelievers.
Also, they serve an important role in uniting Christians for the Lord’s purposes in our region.
pray the Lord would blanket both stations with protection from the schemes of the enemy.
Psalm 25:5—“…guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.”

pray also that Omaha christian radio stations will use the gift of Discernment; which is the ability to tell between truth and lie

and PRAY for churches in the Omaha area that have fallen into false teachings will turn back to sound doctrine and

with Valentines Day coming up, pray for the singles in Omaha
PRAY for those who are single in the Omaha area and looking for love to find TRUE love
