Stacia PMed me this morning for prayer as she was very sick with a severe infection. Stacia is paralyzed from the waist down and confined to a wheel chair. Her husband Arthur was out of town and her precious daughter Brittany is I believe twelve. She sent me an update that she had someone to take her to the hospital, and to watch over Brittany. Arthur just posted on FaceBook a request for prayers and he is back with Stacia.

This is a PM from Stacia that I received last night:
"I am back home. They drew blood, took a urine sample, & made me drink this awful nasty tasting stuff so they could do a scan. They checked my apendix, gall bladder, & everything & it was what I thought it was. They said it was a really serious kidney infection. Oh I was in excruciating pain the whole time I was there with my migraine from hell, abdominal pain, K& constant shivering & freezing. But they didn't want to give me any tylenol until they knew for sure what was wrong. So it was a very painful day, but the Tylenol is finally working! They DID have to put I.V.'s in me. They pumped me right away with antibiotics & fluids to hydrate me. They did not think I had to be admitted, but they left the I.V.'s in me & told me to come back tomorrow morning & Monday morning so they can pump more antibiotics in me. They think after that they can take the I.V.'s on & put me on oral antibiotics. Oh yeah, I also made the doctor look at my pressure sore. I don't think he was going to until I demanded it. (This is before they ran the tests.) I said, "I would feel better if you looked at it because maybe it is infected too & that could also be part of my symptoms. Plus, I have an appointment with you this Monday for you to look at it & if you look at it now, then you won't have to Monday." He finally looked at it probably to shut me up. He goes, "WOW!" But his tone sounded weird, so I asked if that was a good wow or a bad wow. He said it looks GOOD!!! So I feel really relieved that I finally went instead of assuming it was the flu. I should have went it a LONG time ago instead of thinking that I could just kick the bladder infection by avoiding pop & drinking lots of water. If the infection wasn't in my bloodstream yet, it was pretty close!! And thank you so much for the prayers!!! As much pain as I was in, it was a comfort knowing that I was being prayed for!! God Bless you & I'm still praying for Jan by the way!!! I pray for her complete restoration of her lungs & that she is all the way healed!!!!"
Thank you Dear-Ones for your prayers and your precious hearts for Christ. It is such a comfort to know we are in our Father's Hand and enveloped with His precious love as we go forward through the day. It was yesterday morning about 4:00 AM when Stacia first PMed me and I prayed with her, and posted an unspoken request for prayers on Face Book. She had let it go so long that she was a very sick girl. She was a neighbor to my youngest daughter, and she, and Arthur, and their daughter Brittney were at my granddaughter's birthday party. She and my eldest daughter are about the same age.
I have my pad next to the computer and as I am usually up around 4:00 with the coffee on, I start the day by laying the list into my Father's hands and as I go through the day as each one and each of you comes to mind I whisper, "Lord be with them". Jan has had pneumonia for several weeks now, and went through the medicine and it helped, and the final congestion is at last slowly going away. At one point she was not eating and spent her day curled up on the couch. She had dropped from the 120's down to 111, and could hardly catch her breath. With the anti-biotic, the medical inhaler, and the Father's Touch, Jan is recovering, eating well, and getting back more to normal.
Yesterday morning Kathy from Florida PMed that her grandson was in a major car accident on his way to his Mom's. We were each joined in prayer for him, and our Father brought him through with just scratches on his arm. How I wish that I could just reach out and make it all better for everyone, but what we as Brethren can do is join in heart and most fervent prayer and know that our Heavenly Father is there and will minister to each precious soul in their hour of need. We can love, can pray, and encourage others to place their faith and trust in Christ Jesus our Lord, and have confidence in our Father Who holds all of His children and all of our tomorrows in the palm of His hand.
