Thank You Lord

Dear G-d,

I have been seeking and You have helped me to find a home. I stood tonight praising You with my brethren both Jew and Gentile. We stood in love and celebrated Your glory and the sacrifice of blood made by Yeshua that made our salvation possible. I never knew that a piece of me was missing for I am both a daughter of Your blood and Your heart. Tonight I claim my heritage and my right as a daughter of the King. I was saved from the time I accepted Yeshua as my Saviour but a missing part was added tonight and I found that your heart can truly yearn even when it doesn't know what is missing.

I thank You Lord for loving one such as me. I am so grateful that Your hand is on me and even more grateful for the sacrifice of Your Son Yeshua.

In the precious name of Yeshua with a heart that overflows

It was the strangest thing but yes I felt home at once. When the shofar was blown the feeling I had was almost primal. I felt a pull that came from the bottom of my very soul. That this was where I belonged. I have felt the pull of family before and I know that we all have that but this was different. And when we prayed for Israel and prayed the ancient words "Hear O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is One" it almost stopped my heart.

I have always been curious about my heritage even as a child but this went far beyond that. As Rabbi Larry told me, Jews are meant to be one with Yeshua and whether you know it or not if your blood is Jewish you will never be fulfilled until you reconcile totally with Him. This is true of all people Jew or Gentile but for the Jew we are literally a blessed race who was chosen from times beginning. Our hearts will always yearn for Him and for home.

I've been thinking about attending for a long time but something always came up. Fridays were always so busy, or I would forget and I would always think well I'll try next week. Now I know satan was working overtime to keep me from attending. Even last night a bunch of stuff happened and I almost thought, well I'll go next week. Then I just got dressed and went enen though I didn't really want to. So satan loses!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I thank G-d for leading me home. Yes, I am happy truly happy for the first time in a long time.

Went back to temple last night and again it was wonderful. Left feeling rejuvenated and filled to overflowing. There is something so satisfying about worshipping in such an ancient way and having it all centered around Yeshua. I'm learning so much and G-d I thank you for leading me this way. Love going into the week feeling so covered by grace and love.
