We all know that when it rains it pours. Well, satan apparently has decided that I could use a little stress in my life. Things were moving along pretty well actually and then it seems like overnight everything went downhill. Got laid off from my main job but Brian is working so with unemployment and the shop really thought everything would be ok. Well, we have a new state website for unemployment and they have everything so hosed up. I haven't seen a penny yet and trying to reach anyone is impossible. Even went to my local office and they told me that all they can do is the same thing I could do, call them and wait for a call back. This has been going on for a month. Next step is to call my state senetors office. Both cars are acting up and one looks like it may need major work and unfortunately it's the one Brian needs for work. Brian also had 3 teeth abcess and had to have oral surgery yesterday and we have no insurance so there went every spare cent we had. Now it looks like he will need 2 partials. Just seems like everything is snowballing and I can't get hold of any of it. Can only throw it up to God and say "Father I can't handle this so You have to take it." Could use some prayers from my brothers and sisters here please. I am personally in permanent prayer mode right now cause God is all that's holding me up.

May the Lord hold you up, provide for your needs and show you this won't last much longer, in Jesus' Name, amen. |

Heavenly Father, I don't know how much more I can take. Please please please give us some relief. Brian is now broken down by the side of the road and without that car he will lose his job. I am in desperate need of intercession. Just can't take one more thing. Please God...................

Please continue to lift us up. I know God has it all in hand but this is hard. Right now no relief in sight and all I can do is trust that He is going to provide a way.

Even though my prayers are not feeling answered I know You are there Lord. I know that even though I feel as if everything is only getting worse by the minute, I know You are there Lord. I know You have answers so please tell me what I am not seeing or doing. I know that even though I feel like I can't go another step or take one more thing that You are there Lord. I know that satan uses these times to try and test my faith and that he rejoices over every Christian who suffers. But I know You are there Lord, even when I can't see. At the end of my rope Lord so I need to remember that You are there.

I know satan is jumping up and down right now and saying "I will win, I will win", but you won't. Lord I know that even though he keeps throwing things at me You are there. If this is a test of my faith, I will not allow this to shake it. Everyday brings a new challenge and just when I think there is a glimmer of light another blow hits. Still it will not shake my faith. God I know You are there and even if everything is stripped away I will get down in the middle of the street and raise my hands in praise of You. Whatever this is I know dear Lord that You love me. I am Your child and Father I could really use Your help.

And here is what I know. My God is so awesome! The devil may throw boulders in my way but MY GOD reduces them to rubble. I will praise my Lord no matter what is thrown in my way.
