Keep me and my dogs in your prayers. As you know just before Christmas I discovered I had a cracked heat exchanger on my furnace. As a result, I am heating my house with the gas logs in my fireplace and a couple of small kerosene heaters. So far I have been warm...but the electric Company is closed till the first of the year...and the weather is forecasting temps in the teens on Friday night...
Have closed off the upstairs except the bathroom and have moved downstairs...
I plan to bed down on the sofa in front of the fireplace Friday night and I think we will be OK...but would appreciate your prayers...

Yes, be VERY VERY careful. I'll be praying for ya'll and thinking warm thoughts too. Wish I could send you up some of our weather.

It is a private company...went by there today to check on the part and see if it has come yet. It hasn't come yet. Has been shipped from the company.
Just gotta be patient...it is my fault. I knew something was wrong and waited till the week before Christmas to do anything...
