My daughter Allyson's post on Face Book, for my Grand daughter. Just got back in from a fire run and had the messages:
"Allyson Oliva:
Okay, the prayer request is for my niece Bethany Fuqua, she is in preterm labor and headed to Topeka. She is 8 weeks early. Please pray for the baby and for Bethany! I'll be heading up to Topeka, and will update when I can.
Dear Father please hold Bethany and the wee-one in Your hand and in Your love, and please move and minister in every area of need and concern, in Jesus' name. Thank You Abba, Father.

First of all I am NOT technically in labor. We have been sent to Topeka in case labor occurs but as of now there is no dilation just regular strong contractions. I'm sorry that it was posted on Facebook before I even had a chance to tell anyone close to us. Yes, please pray for us....but so far we are stable and just taking precautions.

Sorry for not texting those of you back that have tried. I DO appreciate you its just easier to update everyone all at once on here. The night seemed to have gone well. My last really big contraction was before 8 last night and since then they have been little and much much more spread apart which is a very good sign! We dont want baby boy coming at least for a few more weeks so I am on medication every 6 hours to hopefully stop the contractions completely. If he does decide he wants to come, I've been given shots of steroids to help his lungs develop quicker and have had antibiotic in my iv a few times along with about 6 other liters of fluids. I see 3 different doctors today so will keep you posted on what they decide. Love you all! Also would like to say how awesome my husband has been! Taking care of me hand and foot even though I know he hates seeing me in pain. Love this man and the baby and I are both very lucky to have him.
Continuing to lift up in heart and prayer.
