I just found out last night that my former Chief Operator at 911 passed away a couple of weeks ago. There's a photo of Linda at the link. Prayers for her family...
Linda Joyce Foster, 63, of Willow Springs, Missouri departed this life on October 25, 2014 at Mercy Hospital, Springfield, Missouri. She was born April 24, 1951 in Reedley, California, the daughter of Lue Preston and Hazel Virginia (Watkins) Davis.
Linda was united in marriage to Eddie Foster on October 4, 1986.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband, Eddie, of the home; one daughter, Mary Gregory, and husband, Gary, of Willow Springs; three sisters, Kathy McKinney and husband, Debo, of Plato, MO, Nancy Collins and husband, Gary, of Dora, MO and Susie Smith and husband, Jim, of Willow Springs, MO; two granddaughters, Jessica Andrews and husband, Jamey, and Jennifer Capeder and husband, Jacob, all of Willow Springs; one great grandson, Eli Gregory Andrews; and brothers-in-law, Amos Foster, John Deckard, and wife, Mary, of San Diego, CA, and Bruce Deckard, and wife, Lena, of Sparta, MO.
Linda enjoyed attending auctions and adding to her cookie jar collection. She also loved to cook and bake. She adored her husband and family.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at Westside Family Life Center, Willow Springs, MO with Pastor David Lovan officiating. Interment will be in Little Zion Cemetery, Willow Springs, MO.
