Had the privilege it go to a prayer meeting of 5 churches held at my church last night...it was awesome...
60 to 70 or so people all praying at one time for churches, family, government, military, schools, media, business and a variety of other things...we are small country churches so that kind of a turnout on a week night is pretty doggone good!
one of the big items was the Supreme court's consideration of the definition of marriage...we are all worried but put it in the hands of God...
We were praying in advance of the National Day of Prayer which is today...
It is a day set aside and designated for prayer for the United States.
Paul told us to pray without ceasing...and today is a good day to pray...not casual prayer...but COMBAT PRAYER!
We are in the battle of our lives...we are fighting dark powers and the only and best weapon we have is our Bibles and our Prayers!
So...let us pray!
