This lady' children are a part of our bus ministry. Their apartment was flooded yesterday by an upstairs neighbors washer. Apparently left running alone and shut off valve failed. So, water poured into Jamie's apartment all day. Fire department condemned Jamie's apartment. Water in electrical box. Landlord does not want to help her because she did not have "renter's insuranc.e" It is section 8 housing, she is a single mom with two kids and a father who does not participate. Son has ADHD. Meds very expensive. Pray that this can be resolved soon, this little boy is extremely agitated over all of this, he does not do well with changes in his routine.
