This happened 2 doors down from my daughter's home. At this time suspect is still at large,  Heather came home as the police were  securing the crime scene. This was the second person that had been murdered by the same suspect. Please pray for all involved in this tragic loss of life, as well as the Officers, community and my kids and grandaughter for safety.
The link says reported crime scene, however we know someone that verified it was a murder.

So Thankful for the Lord's protection over my family tonight.

Thank you for your prayers. The police arrested the man this evening. He had taken a hostage and a police officer was shot during the arrest. The Officer is expected to make a full recovery.
They believe drugs were the cause of the incident. The lady that was murdered last night was killed in front of her 2 year old child. Her husband is still critical and the hostage uninjured.

Glad the incident has been resolved and the officer's going to be okay. We're going to see much more of this as these Last Days roll on.

Glad the matter is resolved and Keith is right...we are on the beginning edge of seeing more and more of this kind of thing.
