Friday went out to dinner with some friends...two of which are not saved and two of which are but are drifting away from the Lord and church. Invited them to come to my church...and got stepped on and made fun of. Told them I was sorry for them...and told them I was gonna thow the Christian curse on em...was gonna pray for them.
I did pray...they are friends...
Well guess who showed up at my church today! Two out of 4...the drifters!
aint a bad battin average I would say...
Says what prayer will do and the Glory goes to the Lord!!!
Amen!

Amen, Marilyn, prayer absolutely works and He brought them in! And the quickness of His answer to your prayer tells me time is short.

The last several years I've been lead more and more to pray for all who have drifted away. I will certainly join you in prayer. Super-happy about the two who visited your church! Have they been back?

My heart just aches for people; they really don't know ... Amen, Lori, and the division is becoming more prominent every day. Time is short. We're seeing the Last Days playing out in the news every day, and it won't be long now till we're gone. Exciting time to live, but also very sad. |

It is hard to keep the anxiety out of my life...reading the news has become so unsettling...
am increasingly concerned for people straying and otherwise...
