My dear Hubby has gotten me an e reader (a nook) for my birthday! I haven't gotten it yet.
BBB, is there some way that I could download your books to my nook? It is much easier for me to read on the nook than a computer screen.

Yes. I believe the nook reads either .pdf or .rtf documents. If you like .pdf (adobe reader) you can download the books one chapter at a time - right click on the link for a chapter, select "save target as...", decide where you want to save it (I would create a new folder and name it the title of the book) and save it (it will ask you to name the file - probably chapter one, chapter two, etc., or the actual name of the chapter.
If you would prefer the .rtf I have the file and will send it to you if you like. It is the whole book in one file (so it can be rather large).

Oh, goody! I will try it chapter by chapter first. My computer system does not handle large files very easily.

Virgil, if I haven't told you in awhile, that's an awesome collection you have and a wonderful service you perform. Bless you brother.

Thanks . . . hopefully it balances out my otherwise wierdness.
I am glad you have enjoyed it, and Lord willing, it is my fervent prayer that it remains behind after we leave for those in shock and searching for answers.
The Lord has been gracious in that the site gets hits from all over the world, even from those places where the Gospel is unwelcome. Praise God, for "the word of God is not bound", though many of His servants may be.

Presently, I am working on an Exposition of the Proverbs, by Charles Bridges (1847). I am absolutely loving it . . . and hope to post it as soon as it is ready.
It is literally a four-year Bible course in one book of roughly 600 pages.

It is the computer lady and occasionally mispronounces words like Mahershalalhashbaz, but it is pretty handy . . . such as when you are driving or clipping a poodle.

I don't think that my simple one will read to me, but I have thought about that function. I think that would be neat!
