There are 5 of us...my sister, 3 1st cousins, and me. We all grew up together and are more like sisters.
Our Dads were brothers.
There are Beverley and myself, we are the oldest, my sister Jo Pat and Lea, the next in line, and bringing up the rear my cousin Martha who is 12 years younger than Beverley and I. We have always been close. We are a small family. Our Dad's had no other siblings and our Mom's had none.
We are all in our 70s with the exception of Martha who is approaching 70.
Lea is now dying of cancer and is in hospice care. We are all gathering together for support...very sad time for all of us.
Please pray for Lea, her husband and their two children as well as the rest of us. Lea says she is ready to go...but I don't think any of us are, especially her two sisters.
It is a hard time. We are all Christian but it is still hard.
So prayers will be greatly appreciated.
