Local Christmas Parade...with treats.

This is a parade last Saturday out where my Grandson lives. The church in the background of many of the photos is Alton Baptist where I go to church.

In about the 20th photo, riding on his 4 wheeler, is my Grand Son, J. Patrick Moose.

Not his real name, just what I call him. I want so bad to get hold of his hair with a pair of scissors.

He had a Santa hat on...it is long. He is a teenager...15...and we all remember that age.

Alton is just a small country community, not even a town. Several of the small communities in Halifax County have Christmas parades that are better than the town parade.

They are fun and a real county celebration of Christmas...
