AMEN and AMENBy Arley Steinhour 021813 Let Hallelujahs, fill the sky, With Love like His, that cannot die, To our sinful wounds, His balm apply, No tears, nor pain, shall we ever cry. Praise, to Jesus, our God, our King, Soon, He brings us our Wedding Ring, Then, our hearts will most truly Sing, And, Only to Him, through Eternity, Cling. Tell your Friends, and your Family, In the sky, soon, He will be Shofar commanding, 'Come up to ME,' A call, 'Left Behind' shall never see. To anyone, who will lend an ear, Fill it up, with Salvation Cheer, Making sure you're very clear, 'Jesus comes, soon, have no fear.' Shout Hallelujah, sing 'AMEN,' Feels so good, let us shout, again, Keep the watch, shy away from sin, Soon, we fly, to the Great, AMEN AMEN and AMEN Closer, and closer, the Lambs of two flock, Gentile and Jew, about ready to talk, Soon Messiah Reigns, to single our walk, A short time be needed, for Cultural Shock; His Return Archive & Pic. at: www.mccookgazette.com/blogs/1580/entry/51749/

Hand in HandBy Arley Steinhour 021913 Dear Jesus, hold our hand in yours, Lead us through the rugged land, Never let our fingers go, Once we're safely in your hand. We love only you, There's safety in your hand We see only you, As we fly above the land. Dear Jesus, place us by your side, As you mount the throne to rule, May we serve you, with great pride, As, Ever willing, Precious Jewel. We love only you, There's safety in your hand We see only you, As we fly above the land. Dear Jesus, always look on us, Serving in the things we do, As your valued Friend to Trust, Flying high above the blue. We love only you, There's safety in your hand We see only you, As we fly above the land. Dear Jesus, please come take us home, From all this Hate and Pain, Place us where we no more roam, Free of hot Sun, and frozen rain. We love only you, There's safety in your hand, We see only you, As we fly above the land. AMEN 'You're safe here, in my hand,' you say, 'No more can trouble make you pay,' We grasp your hand, white knuckle tight, Until we Trust, with all our might. Pure as SnowBy Arley Steinhour 022113 New fallen snow, fresh on the ground, Brown of dead grass, can't be found, Dark part of the world, covered by white, It fell in the day, and all through the night. I look at a world, with no depth or meaning, As if, from Sin, mankind could be weaning, Snow fell, all night, after the day, I now awaken, seeking your way. In wonder, I imagine, the Snatch away flight, Through snow, and the clouds, unto heavenly height, Oh, what a trip, what a glory it be, From cold, or danger, we're totally free. As if, in a tunnel, of pure snowy white, Zinging along, pursuing your Light, With You in our sight, we don't look left or right, The warmth of your Love, makes everything Bright. At first, most are silent, a gasp, here and there, In the new understanding, of how much you care, The first to recover, all 'Watchers,' they be, Expected the 'Snatching,' and Bridegroom, to See. Up, Up, and away, snow reflecting your light, Up, Up, and away, to a future, so bright, My expectation, knowing what we soon do, Dictated my dream, that I pray came from you. As I awaken, with dream, in my mind, bright, My bedroom still dim, with darkness of night, With joy I awaken, still crushingly mortal, Yet, very soon, we'll hear your Chortle. When you call, we could be laying in bed, Fully alive, or quite close to dead, Your Energy, will wash through the body, We can just call it, 'Second Life 'Toddy.'' Energy fills us, by leaps and bounds, Looking up in the sky, you're easily found, Past rooftops, we sour through the storm, Your AGAPE Love, keeping us warm. A description of feelings, that we'll be feeling: Heart, body, and mind, will be somewhat reeling, Yeee-Haaa!!! and AMEN, we're soon on our way, The Church, Your Bride, Justified to Stay. AMEN Soon, Summer rides buried, deep in the snow, Owners, all gone, who made them go, In blink of eye, owner flew off, that day, Children, Eternal, as bikes 'Rusts away.' (All: Teens and Adults, must Repent) Archive & Pic. at: www.mccookgazette.com/blogs/1580/entry/51802/

Hmmm sorry, seems I forgot to post this: Epiphany of JesusBy Arley Steinhour 021913 Only you, Jesus, can hug us tight, And tell us, everything's alright, With trust in you, we open eyes, Oh, what a view, to our surprise. We must be up ten thousand feet, Flying high, and fast, without a seat, The lightness, makes us so dizzy, If not for Joy, we'd be in a Tizzy. We zip along, flash through a cloud, Regaining voice, we're Praising loud, There you are, hugging and flying, No one here, evermore will be dying. In 'blink of eye,' or maybe longer, Gaining speed, and getting stronger, We grin and chat, without a care, I have even regained my hair. Earth is just a dot, far behind, Stars flashing by, boggles the mind, Galaxies now, are starting to blur, Headed for Heaven, else not quite sure. All of a sudden, we slowed way, way-down, Feet, felt a tickle, on my head was a crown, Grass under-foot giggled, and I could hear, Tiny, wee, voices, like when drinking Green Beer. View was so gorgeous, we just stood in awe, It was almost like dining, on all that we saw, Angels directing, yet we knew where to go, Off to the Alter, and Bema Blessing, or NO. This is the part that makes some souls cry, Doing nothing for Jesus, their life was a lie, Salvation is theirs, Reward less, or none, Tears, nonexistent, nose can't even run. Disciples, we are, not just 'believers,' 'Givers,' we be, not just 'receivers,' Change your ways, give Jesus your all, Reward will be better, for Eternities call. AMEN Once Saved, Forever Stayed, Bride cost, Never Lost, Watch on wall, for Trumpet call, 'Come up Here,' Never Fear. Archive & Pic. at: www.mccookgazette.com/blogs/1580/entry/51773/

GOD and TebowBy Arley Steinhour 022213 Tim Tibow, you could be richer than most, All you need do is throw away Holy Ghost, Telling God, to 'Come back, some other day, After, I'm too old, Football, to play.' But, no, you stand and hold the line, Against derision, you're doing fine, To 'Babylon/Football,' won't bend the knee, To quell contempt, that the world can see. You honor God, who was hung on the Cross, In the breech you stand, against Sinful Dross, As Tips of God's spears, asking no thanks. May we, of the Faith, join you in the Ranks. Soon, very soon, Dragon must make his play, When, Every 'True-Christian' is Raptured away, We can't lose the battle, as our God steps in, Saving the 'Day,' stopping he who is 'Sin.' Up to that time, before, we're 'Snatched Away,' Our job, is to witness, and the Evil, Delay, Opening hearts, that might not respond, If we weren't Public, with our Christian 'Frond.' So, Hu-Rah, to you, Tim, and all of the Brave, Wearing Faith in the open, and won't be a Slave, May God's Greeting be Grand, when we arrive, Blessings Galore, with HIM, Eternally ALIVE. AMEN Where ere you be, on bended knee, Today, we can expect reprisal, Soon, so soon, we're Eternally Free, Every Saved-Soul enjoying Revival. PS: To Jesus, Repent. Prophecy to HistoryBy Arley Steinhour 022413 Here I sit, at desk, my throne, Thinking that I'm all alone, Ever present, you are here, In Your presence, I don't fear. Isaac, born, to folks, age-great, Ishmael, went away, in-hate, Too bad it wouldn't dissipate, Twelve sons, filled his Hatred-plate. Decades of Centuries have now gone by, Tribes of Ishmael, still hate, and lie, Jews exiled, to every foreign land, Almost extinguished by German band. A Nation, again, made in Forty-Eight, Attacked next day, because of that hate, Odds-on-be, Israel survive one day, Many now say, God joined the Frey. Five countries, attacked, without cause, When it was over, Israel gave them pause, With nothing to fight with, they won the war, Occupying more land than claimed before. Many times, throughout the years, Israeli haters, were driven to tears, They attack with superior force, Each time, they lost, like divorce. Now, at last Islam have power friend, Russia, by name, with weapons no end, Once they get their 'act together,' They'll only need a bit of good weather. They'll try again, to destroy Israel, Only, this time many go to Hell, God's Wrath, will surely win the day, When Messiah, Jesus, returns to stay. AMEN Photograph of an Armed Society, When 'Call to Arms' a probability, Keeping the Country safe from harm, Proactive defense, at first Alarm. Dross of SinBy Arley Steinhour 022713 When heart is filled with Love of God, When bloom of colors light the sky, When man no longer need bear a Rod, Then, no more will any-thing die. The dross of Sin, does fill the night, Yet we feel the warmth of loving smile, Dreams that fill the heart with fright, Have to chase us an extra mile. Waking to the morning light, Love in heart, and smile on lips, Awakens heart to joy, so bright, To share it all needs many trips. Troubled darkness still rules the night, Yea, we pass through with God, at hand, We see, at times, a dark filled plight, Of life, without God to help us stand. Nightmare trouble, brings much fear, Like the 'Horsemen,' of Prophecy, Cries of pain, the world can hear, Soon, ring across 'Land of the Free.' Many lies, some truths, believed to be, All the negative that minds can think, Burns so deeply, no one, truth can see, When they kill this land, they too will stink. We, of God, soon Snatched, to Him, Not here, to mend a rotting fence, Starving people won't sing Salvation Hymn, When pressures of life, forbid repentance. The time is short, the time is now, For people to see, and Repent this life, Choice, between pulling Satanic plow, Or, Eternal Heaven, as Jesus' Wife. AMEN Are you dreaming dreams of woe and pain, Of trials, and labors, falling like acid rain, Burning deeply into what you want to see, Then, Join God's Bride, and come fly, with me. Much like JonahBy Arley Steinhour 030213 Father God, Once again, much like Jonah, Your people try to run from you, Once again, folks like in 'Nineveh,' Repent and Supplicate so True. The time, is quite Prophetic, Earth, quakes around the Globe, People's cries, quite pathetic, So many think they're just like Job. Winter Weather brings a frown, No matter where we live, Hot is Cold, and Up is Down, 'Climate Change,' the Scientist's give. Sinking holes, and Cat-five Hurricanes, Swallow land, and shores rearrange, Countries under snow, or flooding pains, Types of weather, far more than strange. Perhaps, your Bible tells your Truth, 'Mankind, ain't not, no-way, in charge,' Without your protection, we're a rotten tooth, Demanding extraction, with cost quite large. Six Thousand years, you endured our grief, Demanding, Water, Manna, and Meat, Your Word says, 'Rest in Day Seven's Relief,' Gaining Kingdom, through Tribulation Defeat. The Church, the Bride, soon Snatched away, No suffering ordained, in Wrath of any kind, A 'Week of years,' in Bridal Suite we stay, At Wedding Feast, Joy, not 'Left - Behind.' I say, to all, who set on the shelf, Fearing, much life to soon be destroyed, You're absolutely correct about yourself, Refusing Jesus, Eternity, won't be enjoyed. AMEN Don't Run Away, when you've something to do, Forever, in a Great Fish, is much like Hell, Like, living in fire, or an old stinky shoe, Repent of your Sin, Don't Burn, or Smell. Sunday SermonBy Arley Steinhour 030313 I rose from bed this Sunday morn, Eyes filled with Love, to seek your face, Voice choked with praise, no note forlorn, To share my all, in mortal place. Soon, praises to you, through joyous song, Church gathering, in building built for you, One day and hour, give time to belong, With room to spare, like the many empty pew. If I could preach the sermon, today, First thing that I would do, Take a loving look, then I'd say: ""I'd like to preach to you, the few. Those of you able, please stand up, tall, Note the handicapped, as well as empty pew, Do they sit alone, or, be in Church at all; And if alone, or not, what's wrong with you??"" I'd give the congregation time, To think about your Bible word, As I prepare to address their crime, With accusations, some may have heard. ""Why, did you 'not,' meet them at the door, Or, bring, to sit beside them, as their servant, Assisting their each and every needed chore, So they too, could enjoy being Reverent?? You can see the pews, so empty, unused, Without a hinder-part so warm, Empty, God and Pew, you've abused, An Unrepentant heart, may suffer Harm. You know the Truths of God, From the Book, held in your hand, Refuse to follow, you'll bear the Rod, Because, it's not on the Rock, you Stand. May you, the Reborn, of the Son, Fish for, and witness to 'Slacker,' Armed with God's Truth, be the one, Worthy, to Bring them back-here. Show the World, 'For mankind, you care,' Invite one and all, to join you in prayer, With Holy Spirit guiding and paying your fare, They may see that Jesus, for them, is still there. I've used my words, to unlock your hearts, Live life, in God, for God, through Jesus; So at Judgment, His Blood has cleaned our Charts, And at Wedding Feast, He says: 'You, Please Us.'"" AMEN After the Snatching, I pray for world's notation: Sunday morning, a Church scene much like this, Empty pews, ready for Tribulation Habitation, As we, Bride and Church revel, in Eternal Bliss. Burden of CommandBy Arley Steinhour 030313 I watched a movie, late last eve, Called, ironically, 'We have a Pope,' Bells, and white smoke don't deceive, Until he, chosen, decided he couldn't cope. The Selection, not quite finished, The Pope, withdrew to quarters, For days, the plot diminished, When Pope escaped, for starters. He roamed the streets, in contemplation, As Spiritual fog, did blur His reason, No one recognized him, in great position, Unnamed, his freedom was almost treason. This note, can't justify the plot, Lest opinion delve too deep, Pope's heart in a war, that must be fought, Command Burden, as Holy Prince, too steep. He felt a Billion people's trust, he'd fail, Expecting strength, to fill his Spirit cup, Panic, like Jonah, choking the whale, He knew, at head of table, he couldn't sup. Three days and nights, he fought the fight, Knowing, as Pope, he'd be 'First and Last,' 'First,' to all seekers, of his lumens of light, And, 'Last,' if, as Pope, he should 'miscast.' The Irony's, in this plot, I did view, Speaks loudly, on events today, His weakness couldn't see the job through, Pope, stepped up, then out, of 'play.' I saw the flick on Netflicks site, I'd passed it by a time or three, Today I tried, with all my might, Now, I'm glad I succumbed, for me. AMEN Sentenced to life, leading Catholic Clan, Walks in, Cardinal man, then sentenced to Pope, The rest of his life, he forgoes Retirement plan, No time off for Good, save God's Gracious Hope. Everlasting ChoiceBy Arley Steinhour 030413 The Bride of Jesus, is gone one day, In relief, the unsaved world will say: 'We are so glad, they've gone away, We can now do things, our special way.' Mankind must be tested, throughout the land, Daniels last 'Seven,' by Satan's evil band, Known as Antichrist, and Prophet, False, Man must dance, Tribulation waltz. Where once be an island, it's there, never more, The once calm sea, rearranges the shore, The once Blue sky, turns Storm-filled Gray, Before God Dawns His Millennial day. An Eternal partner, each soul must choose, Jesus' Love, or Satan's False News, For Seven years, man must endure, With choice made unto, Grace, or Manure. Grace is calm, like warm blanket on bed, Manure is painted, to boggle the head, So many, I fear, will fall away, Choosing wrong, unto Satan's play. They'll take a mark, one fate filled day, The Mark that can't ever be washed away, Those choosing Jesus, will take not the mark, Through Tribulation, they'll hide in the dark. Searched out, arrested, and locked away, Refusing Satan, with their life they pay, They with the mark, will soon bend their knee, But, from Satan, and Hell, they'll never be free. Faithful Souls, through death, find Life, Dine at God's Table, as a part of the Wife, No matter position, of Bridal Persuasion, Reborn, be members of God's Royal Nation. Eternity, with Jesus, wherever He be, No Pain, Death, or Tears, will we ever see, Singing, and Praising, God's True Majesty, Enjoying His Gifts, through Eternity. AMEN Given the choice, of this blade, or a party, A promised Salvation, or now party, hearty; They promise also, you can now buy and sell, And Falsely promise, the blade sends to Hell; Choice, Yours. Heart AflutterBy Arley Steinhour 030513 Bye, Bye, birdie, You are flying way too slow, Bye, Bye, birdie, And you are flying way too low. Time for the 'Snatching,' When the Bride is on her way, Jesus, 'Christian Catching,' The Event, made for this day. Heart, a-flutter, Thought Fibrillation, the event, Heart, a-stutter, All I did, was once 'Repent.' Voice so joyful, Full of Wedding merriment, Do not trifle, With the bride wherever sent. In the blink of eye, Church/Bride, sails into the sky, Birds see us go by, The Left-Behind, will want to cry. Bye, Bye, birdie, With us gone, Satan tries, Bye, Bye, birdie, Finds he can't win with his lies. Bride, says, A M E N Every day has 'Sky Appeal,' To where God calls us all, Soon the Son will break first 'Seal,' After Rapture; then Satan quickly Falls. NOT my HOMEBy Arley Steinhour 030613 (Intro. from Lamb and Lion Ministries) "There's an old Negro spiritual song that always challenges me to examine my attitude toward the world. The first verse, ..." (stanzas 1 & 2), with the rest of poem my contribution//as//: "This world is really not my home, I'm just a passing through. My treasures all are laid up Somewhere beyond the blue. The angels beckon to me, From heaven's open door, I no longer feel at home In this world anymore." _ _ _ _ _ I've traveled mortal highways, Life miles logged galore, Viewed scenes on worldly byways, Where tears made my eyes sore. Friend and Foe, in world abound, Always moving in a Tizzy, I wonder if they're Fox or Hound, It often makes me dizzy. I found one day, a better way, Divorce my heart from strife, Turn heart to God, there to stay, As a part of His Son's Life. The Holy Spirit, filled my heart, with vision of beyond, Rewarded, with a Godly part, As Bride of Christ, my bond. All walks in life, lead to His Throne, For Judgment, met one day, Blessed or Cursed, your choice alone, None other has a say. AMEN He went to make my room and bed, In the Father's Home, A colorful place to lay my head, Never more to roam. Archive & Pic. at: www.mccookgazette.com/blogs/1580/entry/51998/

Dark Calm of NightBy Arley Steinhour 030813 Dear God On rare occasion, I awaken, In the deep, dark, calm of night, To praise your Trust, unshaken, As I ponder the upcoming fight. The Fight, that you call Revelation, To Saint John, the Revelator, Your Prophecy, approaching station, With every Christian heart a Debtor. Two Thousand years of worship, Polluted, like wine, gone sour, As that, at Cross, for you to sip, In that pain filled final hour. The difference, we, be a filthy whore, You Redeemed, to make us clean, Two Thousand years, we now need more, We've perfected the 'Sin Machine.' By 'Choice,' too many will ride the Beast, Looking, not, to right, or left, Focused on Sin, as flour to Yeast, Puffing up, until Empty, Bereft. Your word say's that the time is right, There's nothing left undone, To keep your coming, like Thief in Night, To Snatch Away, the Bride you've won. Of all that should be Snatched Away, In the whole, we number few, Angel Scribe, marks our heads, to say, 'Lord, this one belongs to you.' They'll know us by our moaning, Shedding tears for our fellow man, Repentant heart, our deepest groaning, 'Unable to wake up all of Bridal Clan.' You sound the Shofar, then You Call, As with Lazarus, 'Come up Here,' Through the ceiling, or maybe a wall, Air passing by, forever dries the tear. Thank you for the early call from bed, It's morning, now Five, Fifty-five, This praise I send to you, my 'Head,' In You, it's great to be alive. We, your Bride, and Family, Keeping faithful watch for you, Soon, complete Your Family Tree, When you Snatch us beyond the Blue. AMEN When darkness fell upon the earth, Our God, died upon the Cross, To Redeem our sin in His Perfect Birth, Redeeming His own, to Satan's Loss. ETERNAL STOCKBy Arley Steinhour 031013 Tomorrow’s appointment, to see the Doc, When, He’ll tell me ever true, I prove immortal, or become a rock, To stay around, and keep bugging you. Seven months, to go, before age Seven-Five, The age they’ve ordained, people be ‘Old,’ 'Obama-care' determines, if we stay alive, Or make us comfortable, until we’re cold. The writers of that deranged program, Must be dumber than this Rock, Forget I belong to the Great ‘I AM,’ I’m now built of Eternal Stock. They may throw me out of this ‘prison,’ Send me off to True Land of the Free, Eternal Joy, beyond man’s Servant Pension, Son of God, Bride of Christ, I be. The only thing that might go wrong, Is, the Doctor might trip me up, Keeping me here, with my Praise and song, For Holy Spirit to fill more heart’s Cup. Either way I go, I cannot lose, Home, or here helping Unsaved to choose, Either way, I know that my God will use, My every direction, and His family to fuse. AMEN Where do I live, you might ask me, 'In a Mansion, or a Burning Tree,' I answer, with my heart that's Free, I Live, wherever HE chooses to Be. Wall and Museum of Nam.By Arley Steinhour 031013 The wall of Nam stands silent, Names carved one by one, The dog-tag chime rings soft, Names touching, one on one. Remember please the names of all, Who pay the price of standing tall, Warriors who answer Freedom’s call, To Pay the ransom in war they fall. We see them standing at attention, In Class–A crisp and clean, Not dying in a hostile dimension, With killer not even seen. The wall endures the grinding weather, As troops do at the time they die, The chimes inside are brought together, With the breeze or when people cry. Memorials abounding the country through, Too many reminders to ever keep track, Wars one and two now draw very few, Attrition high few alive to go back. Soon the sword becomes a plowshare, The spear a tool for harvesting grain, The art of war not taught anywhere, Love and Peace man's only chain. AMEN A Memorial few have heard of, Of the Non-War that took place, Shows it's better to simply Love, Than to fight and kill Human race. Choose to RefuseBy Arley Steinhour 031213 'If,' is such a heavy word, Yet letters are but two, Once the 'if' word is heard, 'Choice,' becomes a word for you. 'If you eat fruit from that tree, Surely, that day, you will die,' That don't make sense, fruit is free, One bite, you then know the why. They made a 'choice,' to go beyond, The simple boundary, God did set, The Serpent hissing, under a frond, Made them choose, they'd take that bet. Choosing to Ignore, fruit was eaten, Then, nakedness came to play, The story-line, into hearts is beaten, Use of 'choice,' may ruin your day. Witnessing to people, not yet saved, An argument always comes to mind, 'Where is this loving God,' they've raved, 'I pray in emergency, and Him, can't find.' Ask, if they received a gift of a bike, For Birthday, or Christmas, when young, With a 'yes', ask, 'what was first crash like,' Deep thoughts related to that song unsung. The question then is, 'Where was dad at, Didn't he love you enough to save you, Why did he let you crash; were you a brat, Or, he wanted you skinned, black and blue??' The answer returned will most-always play, 'I was alone, and he wasn't there, I chose to ride my bike that way,' Answer: 'What can I say that's fair??' If, they still don't have a clue, Ask, 'Where did 'choice' come from, Didn't the choice to ride hard come from you; Was it you, or your Dad that acted dumb?' 'God didn't promise to protect us from every lump, He promises a Great Welcome Home, In Jesus' name, we defeat Satan's trump, By refusing, ever again, to choose Sin.' AMEN Choices, Choices, everywhere, Some Good, some bad, or truly fair, When choosing your Eternity, Jesus, right choice, specifically. Archive & Pic. at: www.mccookgazette.com/blogs/1580/entry/52108/

SAFE HARBORBy Arley Steinhour 031913 When I was but a young lad, I had accidents, that hurt so bad, Stepped on many nails, I did, Before I realized, in wood they hid. My life spent, finding life's hidden nails, In the life-woods, on nail filled trails, Searching the timber for nails and more, Building Arc of Life, to obtain distant Shore. On my way through this mortality, In my clumsy built arc, on which I be, Trying to finish Safe Harbor trek Home, I was rescued by Jesus, from stormy foam. My Sin-filled Arc had many rusty-nail leaks, To fix, myself, would need eternity of weeks, Jesus saved my life, with his spoken word, "Come Aboard, be mine,'' was all I heard. He moves all perfection, into light of day, Wraps up, Sun and Earth, to throw away, Places your Light, within Cube, Eternal, Joins all His Elect, to live Supernal. No more pain, and no more sorrows, Eternal day has no tomorrows, Work or play, we have the Perfect Day, God's Eternity, and No Sin to Flay. AMEN Safe harbor seeking, through your life, Needs His hand upon your shoulder, To help you see through stormy strife, To find Safe harbor, and not Smolder. Accept His GiftBy Arley Steinhour 032013 The season now is changing, As the Ice melts from the soil, Trees, soon be rearranging, Leaves must begin their toil; A toil that makes homes for birds, And breathing ether for mankind, Green Leaves, and grass, feed for herds, Winters dark browns hidden behind. Longer days, now warms the air, Soon, rains will sprout the seed, Blossoming color beyond compare, The growing season, provides all feed. The Frost curtails production, But, Summer Green reinvents, The earth was rested by dysfunction, God's creatures, now leave their tents. This is the time, we start years-head, As we help the small grains grow, Barley first, and then Wheat, for bread, Large grains show, as beans pod below. How well we fare, through winters snow, Fixed by sweat flowing from the brow, Determines, this year, the life we'll know, Until next Spring, when we turn the plow. The cycle, very much the same, Through this life on earth we make, One name, Six Thousand years we blame, One 'Choice,' made in Eden Break. The time is ripe, for God to forgive, If only we, would turn back to Him, Today, as then, sure as we live, First thing we want to do is Sin. There's only one path left to us, To save us from Hellish-Perdition, Is through God's Son, Man called Jesus, Can a Soul through His Grace, have Justification. Repent the Sin, Accept His Gift, Become a part of His Bride, From your heart, your Sin He'll Lift, We'll never more need to 'Hide.' AMEN In the Spring, God paints the hillside, In the Fall, He paints yet again, In the Winter, Brown and White abide, Without God, Life is more like a Fen. GODs Signs and SeasonsBy Arley Steinhour 032213 I sit here with the evening stilled, No light outside my home, My day is done, my heart is filled, With Praise and ponder for a tome. This pondering, upon your Word, Creates five questions in each answer, How full a cask, how long the cord, Do we crawl to pray, or Praise as dancer? We witness to the congregant, Or strange people, on the street, Praising You, with loving slant, With Satan's lies we compete. The weatherman announced today, A Snow-storm's on its way, Enough for children, in it to play, But, with warm weather, it won't stay. Passover is a day away, Plus Seven days of Bread, Bread that's made a special way, No Leven/Sin to spread. The Spring Feasts of our God, on High, Concludes with Feast of 'Counting,' Seven, Seven's, plus one, must fly, Bridegroom's expectation, mounting. Feasts of God, that isn't taught, Means Christian folk miss out, 'Prophecy,' tied to Feasts, till wrought, That's what God's Feasts are all about. The best laid plans of mortal man, Without God's help is much like sand, It leaks between the fingers of hand, And will cover the good, in any plan. AMEN Freedom, buried in the sand, Put there by the best plans of man, When, all we know, gets out of hand, God's patience is gone, as is all we plan, Archive & Pic. at: www.mccookgazette.com/blogs/1580/entry/52273/
