That's where Mike, DB lives...on Polecat Creek...just thru the woods from my house on the Dan River.
The sign is in a cage so I 'speck someone is tryin' to lure a polecat...

. I found this Ol thread!! Well, I ask for prayer for I seriously wonder about what in the world " church folk " have become in their thinkn. Heard a feller talkin bout his old church. Said a registered offender had believed on the Lord Jesus and started attending his church. Soon as his " paaasta" found about the guys past , he tells him he is not to attend meetings at that "church" and runs him off... Um, I was and still am kinda speechless. If the blood of Christ is not powerful enough to cleanse an "offenders" sins, then I rekn I, and a whole world full of folks must be in a mess. What an impression for a new believer! Let me get a grip for a few, bout to drop the tailgate...

So, the "rottenest" of the sinners can't go to meeting ? As far as I understand the Holy Ghost's leading , the blood of Jesus CLEANSES from ALL sin, sin is REMOVED as far as the east is from the west, hey gang - the Ol hymn " Are You Washed in The Blood" doesn't really carry any weight , it's just a nice peppy song. Geesh!!!! And we wonder why so many scoff at our pleading.
Get em saved and kick them back in the mud with a butcher knife slammed in their back.
Latest news folks, church is a reserved glee club for the perfect, three piece suit, rich, upright, self righteous, hyper spiritual , hawk nosed, beadle eyed, judgmental, ravenous wolves, who carry hatchets between their big black Bibles.
Sorry, but it makes my blood boil, I'm reminded of the ones who Jesus warned us about who sit in the high chairs and love the praise of men. Is there any difference in my gossip or little white lie and an "offenders" sin ? God help us..

Grab holt of the railings...church is in the maelstrom...high winds and gales.
so many churches today are guilty of the same thing...
and so glad Jesus doesn't throw out the undesirables. I'd be out on my you know what.
But He said He would in no wise, turn anyone away...who turns to Him to be saved.
...and thus were some of you Paul said...
Love Billy Sunday,
"Hell is hot and Heaven sweet.
Sin is black and Jesus saves..."

There's a 'Pastor' that's in for a rude awakening when he gets to the Kingdom and sees who's there...if he gets there himself, that is. You're right Mike, a bad case of self righteousness.
